All products sold by Apex Molecular are reference compounds and research peptides intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory and analytical research. Products are NOT drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, food, or medical devices. They are NOT intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, therapeutic application, or any in-vivo administration.
Buyer eligibility
By purchasing, you represent and warrant that (a) you are at least 18 years of age, (b) you are a qualified researcher, student, or institution acquiring these materials for legitimate research, (c) you have the necessary facilities, training, and authority to handle research chemicals safely and lawfully, and (d) you will comply with all applicable federal, provincial, state, and local laws regarding their handling, storage, and disposal.
No medical claims
No statement on this website, in product listings, in blog/research articles, or in our marketing materials should be interpreted as medical advice, a therapeutic claim, or a recommendation for human use. We make no representation that any product is safe or effective for any purpose other than in-vitro research.
Prohibited uses
You may not (a) administer products to humans or animals, (b) resell or redistribute products as drugs, supplements, or for human consumption, (c) make therapeutic claims about products, or (d) use products in violation of applicable law. Orders that we reasonably believe are intended for prohibited uses may be cancelled and refunded.
Pricing and availability
Prices are listed in CAD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, and correct pricing or product errors at any time. If we cancel an order, we will refund the full amount paid.
Shipping and risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon our delivery of the package to the shipping carrier. See our Shipping Policy for delivery details.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please contact molecularapex@gmail.com before initiating a payment dispute — almost all issues are resolved directly and faster.
Disclaimer of warranties
Products are provided 'as is' for research purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except for our stated purity guarantee.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Molecular's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a product or this site is limited to the amount paid by the buyer for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including any damages resulting from misuse of products.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Molecular, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of products, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be brought in the courts of British Columbia.
