Refund & Returns Policy
Research-use products
Because our products are sensitive research materials with strict cold-chain and integrity requirements, all sales are final once the outer seal is broken. We can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging.
14-day return window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return of unopened items. Email molecularapex@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Quality guarantee
If a product arrives damaged in transit, is missing from your order, or fails to meet stated purity specifications, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receipt of the returned item (or, for damage claims, of our approval). Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order was shipped in error.
Non-returnable items
Opened vials, items with broken tamper seals, custom-formulated compounds, and clearance items are not eligible for return.
Chargebacks
We respond to all chargeback inquiries with full transaction records (order, customer-confirmed age/research-use acceptance, IP, shipping carrier tracking, signature where applicable, and delivery confirmation). Please contact us at molecularapex@gmail.com before disputing a charge — we resolve almost all issues directly and faster than a chargeback.
