We collect the information necessary to fulfill your order: name, email, shipping address, phone number, order contents, and IP address. Payment card details are entered directly into our PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe) and never touch our servers.
How we use information
We use your information solely to process and ship your order, send order and shipping notifications, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
Service providers
We share data with the minimum set of vendors required to operate: our payment processor (Stripe), shipping carriers, and our email/notification provider. Each is contractually required to protect your data.
Data retention
Order records are retained for at least 7 years to meet Canadian tax and consumer-protection record-keeping requirements.
Your rights
Residents of Canada and other applicable jurisdictions may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by emailing molecularapex@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
