Shipping Policy
Fulfillment timeline
All orders ship from our temperature-controlled facility in Langley, BC within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays ship the next business day.
Domestic delivery (Canada)
Canadian orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or comparable tracked courier. Free shipping is included on orders over $200 CAD; otherwise, a flat $18 CAD shipping rate applies.
International delivery
International shipping is currently limited. Where available, tracked international delivery is offered at calculated rates. Customs duties, taxes, and import compliance are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your label is generated. If you have not received tracking within 2 business days of your order, contact us at molecularapex@gmail.com.
Discreet packaging
All shipments use plain, unbranded outer packaging with no external indication of contents, as is standard for research material distribution.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your shipment is marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the carrier's delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the claim or reship at our discretion.
Address accuracy
Buyers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address. Packages returned to sender due to incorrect addresses may be reshipped at the buyer's expense.
